The CRM Gaming Specialist will play a key role in driving localized product excellence by ensuring continuous alignment between HQ product roadmaps and local market needs.
This role will oversee planning, performance analysis, customer experience feedback, and operational execution to optimize business impact.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Product, Trading, CRM, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
