Low Voltage Project Manager (Owner's Representative) - Data Center Construction

KALCON is looking for a self-starting Project Manager to drive core project coordination efforts on low-voltage construction scopes on mission-critical data center construction projects. This role oversees schedule, cost, quality, safety, and coordination activities for low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, security, AV, controls, and related infrastructure. This position will serve as the primary point of contact between the Owner, General Contractor, low-voltage contractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal Operations teams.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5-10+ years of experience supporting or managing construction projects of increasing complexity
• Experience in low-voltage and/or electrical construction management strongly preferred
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred
•  Strong working knowledge of project controls, document management, and construction workflows
• Proficiency in Procore strongly preferred
