QAQC Manager (General Contractor Rep) - Hilliard, OH

The QA/QC Manager will lead the development and execution of quality control programs across complex, mission-critical construction projects. This role focuses on mainly Civil, Structural, Architectural scopes, ensuring that all work meets rigorous quality standards and client expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance through all phases of construction and commissioning.
 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience
• Strong Civil and Structural construction QAQC background
• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction
• Experience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.
• Familiarity with software platforms such as Procore and Cx Alloy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and inspection workflows.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.
