Scheduling Manager (Owner's Representative) - Data Center Construction - Remote

KALCON is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Scheduling Manager to support the successful delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. Acting as an extension of the Owner's Representative team, this role provides scheduling leadership, schedule auditing, planning support, schedule risk analysis, and reporting across all phases of project development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The Scheduling Manager works closely with project leadership, contractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams to ensure project schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, project management, or related project planning functions.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, data center, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, or large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, maintenance, analysis, and schedule auditing.
