Substation Project Manager (Owners Representative) - Houston, TX

The Substation Project Manager serves as the Owner's Representative responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of high-voltage substation, utility interconnection, and transmission infrastructure projects supporting mission-critical data center developments. This role provides leadership across all phases of project delivery, including design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, energization, and turnover. The Substation Project Manager is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating activities among contractors, utility providers, engineers, vendors, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a technical understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and the ability to drive accountability, resolve issues, and successfully deliver critical project milestones.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7-10+ years of experience managing and delivering high-voltage substation, transmission, utility, power generation, industrial, mission-critical, or data center infrastructure projects
