VP of Energy Solutions - (Owner's Representative) - Data Center Construction

The VP of Energy Solutions will serve as a senior leader responsible for the strategy, development, engineering, commercial structuring, and delivery of power infrastructure solutions supporting hyperscale and AI data center developments across North America. This role will lead the execution of both utility-connected and behind-the-meter energy solutions, oversee relationships with key utilities and industry stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of reliable, scalable, and innovative power systems that enable accelerated data center deployment and long-term operational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related engineering discipline.
• Advanced degree and/or professional engineering designation preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in power infrastructure, utilities, generation, transmission, or hyperscale data center development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering utility-scale and/or behind-the-meter power infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in power systems engineering, including generation, transmission, distribution, substations, protection systems, controls, and SCADA.
