About the Role
Kastle will run 50+ events across North America in 2027. We’re looking for an Events & Experiences Lead to own the program and make every event exceptional.
You’ll build experiences that senior banking and lending executives make time for, remember, and tell their peers about. From a private dinner for twelve to a major industry conference, you’ll own the idea, the audience, the execution, and the results.
You’ll work directly with our founders, sales team, and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone with excellent taste, operational discipline, and the energy to run an ambitious international calendar.
