About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Lead to build the systems and campaigns that bring Kastle into new accounts and markets.

You’ll figure out who we should reach, what matters to them, and how to get in front of them. You’ll write the message, launch the campaign, build the tools behind it, measure the response, and use what you learn to improve the next one. You’ll also own the product story across our website, sales materials, newsletter, and events.

This is a hands-on role with wide ownership. The right person is an excellent writer and a fast operator who can build with data, automation, and AI tools. The
