Senior Account Manager, K4B
KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is a leading travel search engine. With billions of queries across our platforms, we help people find their perfect flight, stay, rental car and vacation package. We're also transforming business travel with a new corporate travel solution, KAYAK for Business.
As an employee of KAYAK, you will be part of a travel company that operates a portfolio of global metasearch brands including momondo, Cheapflights and HotelsCombined, among others. From start-up to industry leader, innovation is in our DNA and every employee has an opportunity to make their mark. Our focus is on building the best travel search engine to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join KAYAK for Business — a growing corporate travel platform where account management sits at the heart of client success and commercial growth. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of clients across Europe and globally, working closely with travel managers, internal product and engineering teams, and travel management company (TMC) partners to build travel programmes that genuinely work for the people using them. You'll be the connective tissue between client needs and KAYAK's capabilities — turning insights into action, and relationships into long-term partnerships.
This role is based in our London office 3 times a week.
In this role, you will:
Own a portfolio of KAYAK for Business clients — from global enterprise companies to SMB growth accounts — with a focus on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
Serve as the primary contact for client teams, building trusted relationships and aligning the travel programme to their business goals
Lead the negotiation and contracting process for amendments and renewals
Drive account strategy and governance through regular reviews, performance insights, and clear action plans
Partner with client teams and TMC partners to optimise programme setup, workflows, and traveller experience
Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve adoption, performance, and overall programme results
Coordinate across internal teams — including product, engineering, finance, and customer support — to resolve complex issues, drive improvements, and advance client priorities
Manage escalations, product changes, invoicing, and operational matters with strong ownership and follow-through
Represent client needs internally, helping shape product priorities and service improvements
Support geographical expansion by coordinating market rollouts and keeping all parties aligned across regions.
Please apply if you have:
Experience in account management, ideally in corporate travel, B2B SaaS, or a related client-facing environment; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are welcome
A client-first mindset, sound problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to addressing issues and identifying opportunities
Comfort working across time zones — you will report into the global Account Management team in the US and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US
Experience engaging senior contacts on both the client and internal sides, and working alongside product and engineering teams
A collaborative working style and enjoyment of cross-functional work
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior audiences
Fluency in English (written and spoken); a second European language is a plus
Comfort working with data and presentation tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed
