Summary/Overview:
KBRA Europe is seeking a Director – Global Human Resources Operations to lead the development and ongoing management of HR operational infrastructure across KBRA’s growing international footprint, currently spanning the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan and Australia with responsibility expanding as KBRA enters new markets.
This role will own international benefits and establish scalable, compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The Director will serve as a key connection point across HR, Payroll, HR Technology, Legal, Finance, and international service providers, translating country-specific requirements into sustainable KBRA practices and supporting geographic expansion and M&A integration.
