Our Civil Energy Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing team. This role supports is ideal for a leader with a strong background in concrete, foundations, and heavy civil work.
We are an IBEW contractor; however, this is not a lineman position, and no electrical work is performed
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all field crew members, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers
- Oversee daily project operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Develop site logistics plans and partner with the Project Manager on construction methods and sequencing
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget field activities
