The Workforce Planning Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the deployment of craft employees across all operating groups. This role serves as a strategic partner to field leadership by maintaining workforce data, assessing labor needs, coordinating employee movement between projects, and ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time. The position will build strong relationships with superintendents and project leadership to support workforce planning and maximize craft talent utilization.
