Director of Safety and Compliance #0405MM

We are partnering with a privately held services business to find a Director of Safety and Compliance. The company supports commercial and institutional clients through a large frontline workforce and is seeking a leader who can strengthen safety practices, compliance standards, and risk controls.

This role is not limited to policy administration. It requires a practical leader who can work closely with field teams, managers, clients, and senior leadership to embed consistent standards across the business.

The Director of Safety and Compliance will oversee safety programs, regulatory compliance, incident review, training standards, and risk reduction initiatives across multiple service locations.

• Lead safety and compliance programs across multiple client sites and service teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Review incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with field leadership to improve safety awareness and compliance consistency
