Keller Executive Search is recruiting an E-Commerce Growth Manager for a client in the consumer commerce sector. This fully remote role will lead direct-to-consumer e-commerce growth, with a strong focus on Shopify performance, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and retention.

The successful candidate will take an analytical, commercial approach to the complete online customer journey. Working across marketing, creative, merchandising, operations, and technical functions, they will translate customer and performance data into initiatives that improve traffic quality, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, and sustainable revenue growth.
