Our client, a consumer goods manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities, equipment improvements, and capital projects supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering and process-improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital equipment projects from planning through implementation.
• Support equipment reliability, automation, and production capacity improvements.
• Review technical issues affecting safety, quality, cost, or output.
• Develop engineering staff and coordinate external technical resources.

Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Previous engineering leadership or project-management responsibility.
• Experience with capital projects, equipment installation, and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
