Finance Manager #0204GN

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned specialty food and gifting company seeking a Finance Manager. The company produces and sells premium regional foods, curated gift collections, and seasonal products through stores, wholesale partnerships, and online channels.

This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and management analysis. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial controls and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor cash flow, margins, expenses, and working capital.
• Support inventory and cost analysis across product categories.
• Maintain financial controls and reporting procedures.
• Provide financial insight for growth and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience within consumer products, food, retail, or distribution preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
