Finance Manager #1806GN

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities within a fast-paced contracting environment.

This position will work closely with operational leadership to monitor financial performance, improve reporting accuracy, manage project profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses.
• Monitor project revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Review work-in-progress schedules and job cost reports.
• Identify financial risks, trends, and budget variances.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Maintain accurate financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support annual audits and tax preparation activities.
• Partner with project and operations teams to improve financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five or more years of accounting or finance experience.
