Head of Operations - Multi-Site Operations

The Head of Operations will play a key role in improving performance, developing the team, and putting in place the processes and structure needed to support the next phase of growth. This is a broad leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation and can combine strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operational performance across the business, ensuring teams are working effectively and consistently.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, service levels, and overall business performance.
• Review existing processes and ways of working and introduce practical improvements where needed.
• Establish clear operational reporting, performance measures, and accountability across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and team members, building a strong and capable leadership structure.
• Work closely with other functions across the business to improve communication, planning, and execution.
• Manage operational budgets, costs, resources, and performance against agreed financial objectives.
