We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions and support a growing workforce within the electrical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and workforce planning. This role requires someone who can work effectively with both office-based teams and field employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Support managers with employee relations and performance matters.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate benefits administration, leave programs, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and workplace regulations.
• Support compensation reviews and performance management processes.
• Assist with workforce planning and organizational development.
• Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor employee turnover, retention, and staffing trends.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Support initiatives that promote a positive, professional, and safety-focused workplace culture.
