IT Systems Specialist #0405MM

Our client, a growing private architecture practice, is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to support its technology environment and design applications. This position will help maintain reliable systems, resolve technical issues, and support employees working with specialized architecture software.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for workstations, mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain employee hardware and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, file systems, and user accounts.
• Assist users with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, and related applications.
• Monitor system performance, backups, security tools, and software licensing.
• Coordinate technology onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, assets, and recurring issues.
• Assist with network, server, cloud, and cybersecurity improvement projects.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline.

3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.

Experience supporting architecture, engineering, or design environments preferred.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networks, and user administration.

Familiarity with Autodesk applications and large design files preferred.

Understanding of cyber
