Our client, an established manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to coordinate production processes and support consistent delivery against safety, quality, cost, and output targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, staffing, and manufacturing performance.
• Review productivity, downtime, scrap, and labor metrics.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Implement process improvements across assigned manufacturing areas.
• Coach supervisors and support employee development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing production teams in a structured manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to analyze operational data and address performance gaps.
