Operations Manager | Packaging Materials #0405KC

Our client, a packaging materials business, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production activities, workforce performance, and operational efficiency. The position will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and shift performance.
• Monitor output, labor utilization, waste, and operating costs.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
• Coordinate production schedules with inventory and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop supervisors and production employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing or packaging operations experience.
• Previous responsibility for production teams and operational performance.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
