Regional Director of Field Services #0405MM

We are partnering with a privately held services business to find a Regional Director of Field Services. The company supports a diverse commercial and institutional client base and is continuing to expand its regional presence.

This role is suited to a hands-on senior leader who can oversee a large distributed field workforce, strengthen service consistency, and build trusted relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will bring structure, accountability, and practical leadership to a fast-moving frontline environment.

The Regional Director of Field Services will report to senior leadership and take ownership of service delivery, workforce performance, client satisfaction, and regional operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field service teams across multiple client sites and service locations
• Ensure consistent service quality, staffing coverage, and client responsiveness
• Manage regional performance against labor, budget, retention, and service targets
• Partner with client stakeholders to resolve concerns and strengthen relationships
• Support new client onboarding, service transitions, and account mobilization
• Coach managers and supervisors on performance, accountability, and team development
• Review operational reporting and recommend improvements to senior leadership
