Our executive search firm is conducting a search on behalf of an events and experiential services organization seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation. This executive will lead initiatives designed to improve scalability, technology adoption, operating efficiency, and cross-functional performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a company-wide business transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve margins, and strengthen service delivery.
- Oversee process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Develop performance measures for major transformation programs.
- Partner with commercial, creative, production, finance, and technology leaders.
- Build adoption plans and maintain clear communication throughout periods of change.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field.
Significant experience leading enterprise transformation or operational improvement programs.
Demonstrated success managing technology-enabled change across complex organizations.
Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
Experience within events, experiential marketing, media, or professional services preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary: $175,000–$215,000 annually
