Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a growing tire manufacturer seeking a commercially minded Vice President of Finance. This executive will provide financial leadership, strengthen reporting and controls, and support long-term investment and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and management reporting.
• Advise executive leadership on profitability, capital investment, cash flow, and financial risk.
• Oversee financial controls, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Evaluate manufacturing costs, inventory performance, margins, and pricing structures.
• Develop financial models supporting expansion, equipment investments, and product initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and external financial partners.
• Improve reporting accuracy, financial systems, and decision-support capabilities.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and ownership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.

5+ years in a senior financial leadership position.

Experience within manufacturing, automotive products, tires, or industrial goods.
