Vice President of Finance

Keller Executive Search is recruiting an accomplished finance leader on behalf of our client. This permanent, full-time executive appointment offers the opportunity to lead the finance function, advise senior leadership and shape the financial strategy of an established organization.

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, treasury and internal controls. They will combine technical financial expertise with commercial judgment, translating complex information into practical recommendations that support performance, investment decisions and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
• Advise senior leadership on financial performance, resource allocation, risk, investment decisions and growth opportunities.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
