Health and Safety Administrator - Evening Shift

We have an exciting Health & Safety Administrator position to join our team in Ballymahon, Longford. This is a full time, permanent position supporting our Evening Shift and reporting to the Health & Safety Officer.

THIS POSITION IS FOR EVENING SHIFT

The Health & Safety administrator will play a vital role in coordinating, administering, and implementing a diverse array of health and safety projects and systems on-site. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for H&S project coordination, maintenance and management. 
• Assist in ongoing development and implementation of effective health and safety systems, policies and procedures on the site.  
• Assist in enforcing the effective implementation of health and safety practices
• Facilitate, support and advise the health and safety risk management teams on site. 
• Train site personnel in a department’s software applications that are vital in order to fulfil their functions (Risk management applications and spreadsheets).
