Production Operative

Kepak McIntosh Donald are looking for Production Operatives to join our team on a full-time basis, working around 40h/week, Monday to Friday, with a 6am start (need to be flexible with finishing time).
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting the manufacturing and production process through operating machinery, packing products, monitoring quality standards, and managing stock movement and rotation, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality control procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Moving and handling meat carcasses and products safely within the production and storage areas.
- Working on a production line packing, labelling, and preparing meat products in line with production and customer requirements.
