We are currently seeking a Service Technician for our Spokane location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping customers keep critical equipment running safely and efficiently. 

Role Overview 

  • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and support crushing, screening, and related heavy equipment in the field and shop.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through professional service and technical expertise.
  • Develop your skills alongside experienced industry professionals in a growth-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose and repair crushing, screening, and related equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Travel to customer job sites to provide field service support.
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers.
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer service. 

What We're Looking For

Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on heavy equipment, crushing and screening equipment, diesel-powered machinery, or related industrial equipment.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.
  • Technical school certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • CDL certification or the ability to obtain a CDL.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
