About the role
As a Member of the Technical Staff, you will join a team with deep expertise in machine learning, optimization, data science, and software engineering. You will work on small, focused project teams (typically 2-4 people) to address complex strategic questions and deliver end-to-end solutions to ambiguous questions like “How can we manage our inventory more efficiently?” and “Why are we losing customers?”
Our technical staff own this entire process—from framing the problem to building a solution and ensuring it drives lasting impact. Some examples of solutions we might deliver:
LLM-based agent to automate expert analyst workflows in healthcare revenue cycle, ingesting unstructured contracts and claim data to identify recovery opportunities across 100M+ claims
Core recommendation engine for a major dating app
Coherent hierarchical probabilistic forecasting model, for thousands of products with intermittent demand
