About the role
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer — a senior individual contributor who acts as a force multiplier across Within's product. You'll lead multiple complex, ambiguous design efforts end to end, set the bar for craft and for how design and code work together, and shape how our AI-native enterprise product holds together as one coherent system.
