Job Information

The Construction & Infrastructure Operator supports the building, reinforcement, and maintenance of defense-related facilities, including bases, field installations, manufacturing structures, and specialized infrastructure. Work includes hands-on construction, heavy equipment operation, and adherence to strict military-grade safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction, installation, and repair tasks on defense infrastructure projects

• Operate heavy equipment (earthmovers, lifts, generators, etc.) in a safe, controlled manner

• Work with blueprints, site layouts, and construction plans

• Perform routine inspections and assist with structural maintenance

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and defense construction protocols

• Coordinate with engineering teams to execute project requirements

• Maintain site cleanliness, safety controls, and equipment readiness
