Knix is looking for a Director, Merchandising to lead the merchandising strategy and business across our three brands: Knix, Kt by Knix and MNTD. Reporting to the VP, Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, this role will lead merchandising across Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce and Amazon, with responsibility for driving sales, margin, inventory and overall business performance. We are looking for a strong merchant and business leader who can balance the day-to-day needs of the business with a clear view of where we need to go next. This person will identify opportunities across categories, channels and brands, build assortments that meet customer needs, and make decisions based on both data and strong merchant instinct.
