Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join our corporate practice. This entry-level role is designed for recent law school graduates or newly admitted attorneys who are eager to build a strong foundation in transactional law. You will work alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys who are committed to hands-on mentorship and professional development, gaining exposure to sophisticated transactions for clients nationwide. Primary Responsibilities:
- Support senior attorneys in all phases of M&A and investment transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, execution, closing, and post-closing integration
- Conduct legal due diligence reviews under the guidance of senior team members and summarize findings for deal teams
- Prepare initial drafts of transactional documents — including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements — under attorney supervision
