What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

As an Addiction Counselor at Kolmac, you’ll be at the center of patient care — building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment in our Hagerstown outpatient clinic. You’ll hold a blend of individual sessions, group facilitation, and case management, with approximately 55% of your time in direct patient care.
