Job Description

Responsibilities:

•            Preparing work schedules for service teams based on the maintenance schedule;

•            Dispatching technicians to handle customer emergency calls;

•            Dispatching service teams for installation and modernization work.

Qualifications

The following skills are required of the applicant:

• accurate working style
• economical education
• safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• ability and willingness to learn and work independently
• fluent language knowledge in Greek and English written and verbal
• knowledge of Navision is a plus
• on top you convince by our open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as with your engagement and your reliability
