Key Responsibilities
Sample Fulfillment & Service: Efficiently fill client sample requests for showroom visits, phone orders, and email inquiries, operating electronic memo shop scanners to ensure pick rates meet company expectations.
Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate sample room inventory, keep stocking levels current, process incoming and outgoing memo shipments, and reorder missing materials as needed.
