Entry- Level Associate Attorney

The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney looking to build a strong foundation in litigation while receiving hands-on experience, training, and mentorship.

Candidates should have a strong interest in litigation, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow their legal career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
• Review medical records, claims documents, and other case materials
