Entry-Level Pre-Suit / Litigation Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney with an interest in Pre-Suit, Litigation, and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) matters.

This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed attorney looking to build strong litigation skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• Assist with pre-suit, litigation, and SIU matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and examinations under oath
• Review and evaluate claims, records, and investigative materials
• Communicate with clients and assist with case strategy and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Entry-level and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Interest in insurance defense, litigation, and SIU matters
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Motivated to learn, grow, and develop a long-term legal career
