Supply Chain Quality Specialist

Our Supply Chain team is critical to ensuring the success of the Kubota brand, ensuring our products reach our dealers and customers on time and to the high level of quality we are known for in market.

• Act as subject matter expert in relation to whole goods product/ service quality.  Undertake customer engagement/ experience activity including with suppliers and customers on cases under management and to resolve identified product/ service issues and provide/remediate for longer term solution/s  

• Undertake investigations, inspections and assessments related to a range of quality issues, such as shortage, loss, damage, loading and packaging, wrong supply and manufacturing defects, delivery delays, handling requirements and administrative processing errors 

• Assist with the setup of a Quality Management System (QMS) and actively support all aspects of implementation, operation and maintenance&n
