Senior Project Manager (Facilities Management)

This is a Fixed Term Position for 12 months.

• Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Annual Bonus
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: London/Warrington

Kudos Services is a specialist facilities management provider delivering services across complex healthcare and PPP/PFI estates throughout the UK. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial Team on a 12 month fixed-term basis, supporting the successful delivery of lifecycle replacement programmes and tenant variations across our healthcare portfolio.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing building services, construction, lifecycle or infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong understanding of project delivery within healthcare, PFI/PPP, construction or complex facilities management environments.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with the ability to manage technical project delivery and stakeholder requirements.
• Prince2, APM or equivalent project management qualification.
