The E-Learning Developer & Community Executive will support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of BBD Academy Online, ensuring learners have an engaging, accessible and high-quality digital learning experience.

The role combines e-learning development, LMS management, digital content, learner support and online community engagement. Working closely with the Head of Academy, trainers and internal teams, the postholder will create and maintain engaging learning content, support online courses and webinars, manage digital communities and use learner data and feedback to improve the platform.  The postholder will help develop BBD Academy Online
