Responsibilities:
- Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders
- Operating IT systems
- Internal stock management
- Investigating stock discrepancies
- Database handling
- Communicating with other departments via email and telephone
- Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team
