The impact you’ll make

As Co-Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, grow talent, and drive results. You coach selling behaviors, elevate visual standards, and turn insights into action so the team and the business thrive. You also ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all applicable employment legislation.

What you’ll do

• Support the Store Manager in creating a store environment focused on delivering exceptional, positive in-store customer experiences while demonstrating company selling behaviors.
• Assign Customer Sales Lead (CSL) segments and working shifts to the sales leadership team.
• Participate on the sales leadership team
