Role Purpose

In this early-career role, you will join LA28's Workforce Integration team, which manages guild, union, and collective bargaining agreement matters for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Integration, you will work as a production coordinator does: keeping schedules, trackers, and reports accurate and moving labor questions from across LA28 to resolution. Because contractors will deliver much of the Games, you will help teams plan for third-party agreements by applying guidance from Employment Legal, Government Affairs, and site operators.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate labor inquiries from LA28 teams, applying approved guidance and elevating novel or high-risk matters with a recommendation.

·       Lead guild and union coordination meetings with site operators and signatory employers, documenting determinations by site and scope.
