Associate, Physical Security
Role Purpose
As an Associate on the Physical Security & Systems team, you help keep LA28's people, guests, and workplaces safe while we establish the security operations behind the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Often the first point of contact at our facilities, you issue access badges, manage visitors, and help people move through our spaces with confidence. This hands-on, service-minded work rewards sound judgment and situational awareness, and helps shape the practices that keep a growing organization safe.
Key Responsibilities
- · Provide access control and badging support for employees, keeping records and coordinating with building management and security.
- · Manage web-based visitor management systems so guests are pre-registered and access follows established security protocols.
- · Assist employees and guests with inquiries, access needs, and wayfinding, resolving issues professionally.
