Role Purpose
As Associate, Program Management - Engineering you will help build the coordination backbone that keeps LA28's Engineering workstreams moving in the years leading up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, turning scattered requests, schedules, and decisions into a shared picture that teammates and partners can act on. Reporting to the Director, Engineering, you will sit at the center of a cross-functional group of venue, technology, and delivery teams, gaining unusually broad exposure to how a Games is planned and delivered. This is hands-on work with real ownership, suited to someone organized, curious, and comfortable making progress before every answer exists.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Engineering planning and delivery with key functional areas, including Venue Development, Event Management, Sport, Broadcast, Technology, Energy, and Accessibility, so workstreams stay aligned.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders — design and delivery partners, public agencies, and venue teams — to support the Engineering
