Role Purpose
LA28 is creating the financial planning discipline that will carry the Games from today through 2028. As Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, you lead that function: the budgets, forecasts, models and reporting the organization relies on to decide what it can afford and when. You partner with the Chief Financial Officer and department leaders to define financial objectives, evaluate business strategies and make the trade-offs an undertaking of this scale demands. You also lead and develop the FP&A team behind every one of those decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of holistic budgets and forecasts aligned to annual plans, strategic plans and the full Games budget.
- Build partnerships with department leads to create and manage operating plans that achieve budget targets across the organization.
- Produce P&L, cash and variance reporting at departmental and consolidated levels, recommending actions to mitigate risks.
