Construction Manager
We are currently hiring a Construction Manager in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division at our client’s office.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $119,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
The Construction Manager is responsible for management and performance of Field Construction Managers for the construction of electric substations, transmission lines, generation upgrades and other projects
Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and performance of Field Construction Managers for the construction of electric substations, transmission lines, generation upgrades and other projects
- Determine contract resource requirements, service specifications and manage contractor performance
- Manage activities related to coordination of field inspection and sign offs for construction projects.
- Monitor and evaluate activities of outsourced Construction companies to ensure adherence to safety, quality
