Environmental Program Manager

LaBella is currently seeking an Environmental Program Manager leading our Eastern NY team for our Environmental Division in our Permitting & Compliance Department. The proper candidate should be self-sufficient, have experience managing and proposing projects, marketing clients, maintaining existing clients, and be comfortable managing/mentoring junior staff. Duties:

• Manage environmental projects, with a focus on wetlands, species, and stormwater
• Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
• Maintain, manage, and expand client relationships across our footprint
• Identify and pursue project opportunities
• Prepare proposals and project budgets
• Manage and mentor junior level staff
• Manage, lead and help grow our Eastern NY permitti
